Our role is tailored to providing the support in the particular areas that a client needs such as grant funding, procurement, stakeholder events, recruitment for new staff, marketing and the planning to meet deadlines.
Case Study: The Watermark, Ivybridge
The Watermark is an inspirational new development in the heart of Ivybridge that will provide the community with a state of the art library, community resource centre, IT suite, cinema and theatre venue, conference and meeting room facilities. In addition, the top floor is a designated business suite with 16 small units to rent and business support on site.
This £4.1m development has been funded by ERDF Objective 2, Devon Renaissance, Ivybridge Town Council, Devon County Council & South Hams District Council. Debbie Stewart is Project Manager and working alongside the Ivybridge Town Council team.
