Facilitation
We have worked with a wide number of organisations from within the social economy and public sector to assist with:-
- Strategic planning days
- Setting down clear aims and SMART objectives
- Facilitating consultation with key stakeholders
- Action planning sessions
We will meet with clients to discuss their needs and plan the sessions with them, facilitate the session for them enabling them to fully participate in rather than manage the day and if required provide a brief report of the outcomes.
