What is a Co-operative?
CEU is a worker co-operative and as such all our employees are entitled to become directors of the co-operative after 12 months.
We believe in sharing ownership and making decisions democratically and that our own business, and the services our clients receive, will benefit from this approach.
The Co-operative Values are:

In the tradition of their founders, co-operative members believe in the ethical values of honesty, openness, social responsibility, and caring for others. Our own values echo these.

We promote the interests of co-operatives and we work to increase awareness and understanding of co-operative values and principles.
