Clarifying what you do and why is the first step towards being able to demonstrate outcomes. The next steps in the CES model are:
- Selection information collection tools
- Collect information
- Review information and present findings
- Use your findings.
TIP: Why not come on How to collect data, How to analyse data and How to present and use data. These three, one day courses are running on the 28,29 and 30 September. If you use the buy one get one free, August offer you can save on your travel expenses as well as your course costs.

Terms and conditions of offer
This offer can only be used on new bookings. It can not be used in conjunction with any other offers and promotions. Use one booking form to book on to any two open training courses before 31 August 2010, and get the cheapest course free. In order to claim this discount you must quote the code BOGOF on the booking form. This promotion is limited to one offer, per participant and can be used on all CES open training courses. In the event that you cancel one of the two courses booked, you will be charged the full price for the remaining course. It can not be used for in-house training, PQASSO mentor training, PQASSO: fast track for prospective mentors, PQASSO quality mark peer review courses or National Performance Programme courses.
